Dates: September 2008 for 6 months
Possible impact on guests: Christmas shut down on the 23rd December 2008 and start back Monday 5th January 2009. Work involves drilling, jackhamering and the use of electric saws on the concrete. At present there is scaffolding over the bridge to access the pool area and the resort & tower buildings from reception. Dirt from planter boxes has been removed and has been placed around the resort as tidily as possible. The bridge work is scheduled to be completed within a month. There is also noise coming from the basement car park.
