Day delegate packages & catering

To make conferencing at BreakFree Grand Pacific smooth and simple there are full and half day delegate packages to choose from. Both packages include all the basic equipment you need to get your conference underway.

Off-site catering can be arranged or onsite buffet meals can be served in the conferencing area or in the courtyard attached to conference rooms.

BreakFree Grand Pacific Current Conference Special:

Full Day Delegate Package from $37.50* per person (normally $45)

Your package includes:

• Arrival tea and coffee, morning and afternoon tea
• Conference luncheon (select menu)
• Conference room hire
• Conference audio visual equipment including screen and whiteboard with markers
• Room set up including iced water, mints and table stationery (pads and pens)

Accommodation from $144* per night per room (single share) in a 1 Bedroom Apartment including breakfast or $232* per night per room (twin share) in a 2 Bedroom Apartment including breakfast for two.
