Day delegate packages & catering
To make conferencing at BreakFree Grand Pacific smooth and simple there are full and half day delegate packages to choose from. Both packages include all the basic equipment you need to get your conference underway.
Off-site catering can be arranged or onsite buffet meals can be served in the conferencing area or in the courtyard attached to conference rooms.
If you book your conference before 31 August 2010, you’ll enjoy the following day delegate packages and accommodation rates:
Full day delegate package includes:
- Morning and afternoon tea
- Conference luncheon
- Conference room hire
- Conference audio visual equipment including OHP, whiteboard and flipchart with markers
- Room set up including clothed tables, iced water, mints and table stationary (pads & pens)
$40.00 per person per day (Minimum 15 delegates, room hire charges are applicable if below 15 delegates)
Accommodation from $149.00* in a One Bedroom Apartment including a breakfast pack, when booked in conjunction with a conference.
*Conditions apply. Valid for all day conference packages booked prior to 31/08/2010. 15 pax minimum. Subject to availability. Valid for new bookings only for conference 1/02/10 – 31/08/10. Room rates do not include a daily service.
Half day delegate package includes:
- Morning OR afternoon tea
- Conference luncheon
- Conference room hire (Five (5) hour maximum)
- Conference audio visual equipment including OHP, whiteboard and flipchart with markers
- Room set up including clothed tables, iced water, mints and table stationary (pads & pens)
$40.00 per person per day (Minimum 15 delegates, room hire charges are applicable if below 15 delegates)
